Course Content:
This course will look at capturing the essence of the pose using graphic principles – line of action, shapes, angles and silhouette to create dynamic drawings for character design, storyboarding and animation.
Participant Profile:
This course is aimed at graduates and animation professionals who are looking to develop their drawing skills. Participants should have previous life drawing experience.
Tutor Info:
Niall Laverty has been teaching gesture drawing to animation students and professionals for 15 years. Clients include animation schools, Gobelins and The Animation Workshop, and the award-winning studios, Boulder Media and Brown Bag Films.

5 Thursday evenings from 6.30pm-9.30pm – 13th Sept, 27th September, 4th October, 11th October, 18th October.

Please note: there will be no class on the 20th September, and 11th Oct class will be in Meeting Room 2, 2nd floor.

Members: 100 Euro, Non Members: 125 Euro
