Course Title – Production Management for 2D Animation

Entry Requirements:

The course is open to anyone interested in animation production as a career or who may be managing their first project.

Learning Outcomes:

The course will cover all aspects of a 2D animation pipeline from script to screen. Whether you are looking for tips on how to manage a small-scale short film, or are interested in pursuing a career in production management, this course is an excellent starting point. Participants will complete the course with an understanding of each step of a standard 2D animation production pipeline as well the knowledge and tools to adapt methods to their own projects and productions.

Tutor Info:

Leon Elliott has over a decade of experience in media production. As well as a writer, director and designer, he is an experienced production manager covering both live action and 2D animation. He has produced short films, music promos and corporate videos. More recently Leon has managed the production of “The Travels of the Young Marco Polo”, “Inis Spraoi” and “Nelly and Nora” among other personal and commercial projects.
