Course Content:

This course will cover:

  • The Nuke Interface
  • Node-based compositing workflow, overview and best practices
  • Masking, Rotoscoping and RotoPainting
  • Grading and Color Correction
  • 2D and 3D Tracking
  • Multi-channel EXR workflow

Participant Profile:

This is an introductory course but participants should have a basic knowledge of graphics and/or compositing in another package.

Tutor Info:

Craig Kane is a lighter and compositor with 7 years experience in the animation industry. He has worked on TV shows such as The Amazing World of Gumball, DocMcStuffins, Octonauts, Peter Rabbit and Harry & Bip, as well as an assortment of short films and freelance work for various companies in both Dublin and London.

5 Wednesday Evenings from 6.30pm-9.30pm, 5th April, 12th April, 19th April, 26th April and 3rd May.
