This course will cover:
- The Nuke Interface
- Node-based compositing workflow, overview and best practices
- Filters & simple masking tools
- Rotoscoping & Keying
- Grading, Color Correction
- Transforms, Tracking
Participants should have a basic knowledge of graphics and/or compositing in another package.
After working for several years as a CG freelancer in Europe, Fred Burdy settled in Ireland to work with Windmill Lane Pictures as a Senior CG Artist. At Windmill Lane Pictures, he has worked on numerous commercials, TV and Feature Films using Softimage, Maya and Nuke. He also wrote and directed two animated short films, Tríd an Stoirm and Forest Lights.
