Course Profile:
Animation Skillnet and Screen Skills Ireland are delighted to join forces again to offer the two day online Successfully Managing Creative Teams Remotely course. This course is being offered free of charge to support Irish creative screen industries impacted by the ongoing situation with COVID-19.
The programme is endorsed and facilitated by the Institute of Training and Development.
Introduction to the Programme
Remote work is becoming ever more common for individuals and organisations and this training is designed to build skills and competence to best meet the demands of remote working arrangements for team leaders and managers. The aim of the training is to work on preparing managers to optimise the performance of their team in the remote working environment, developing key communication skills, relationship management techniques and practical tools and solutions for effectively operating in remote working arrangements.
The training will use reflection and self-development techniques to address the areas of communication, trust, culture wellbeing and individual differences in Remote Working and consider and reflect on key actions required to ensure successful management of remote working.
The Successfully Managing Creative Teams Remotely course is an Endorsed and Awarded Programme of the Irish Institute of Training & Development.
All successful programme participants will be awarded Certification from the IITD.

Participant Profile:
The training is aimed at new and existing managers of remote workers across the Animation, Games and VFX sector who are keen to explore remote work arrangements. The training is tailored to consider the needs of managers managing partly or fully remote employees, operating in partially or fully remote organisations.
