09.11.15 | Creating a Realistic Human Head in Maya and ZBrush (5 Monday Evenings)

Course Content:

This course will cover the following : Modeling workflow in Maya, ZBrush sculpting, transfer of work between ZBrush and Maya, Retopology techniques, UV Unwrapping, Texturing (Zbrush and Photoshop) and finally Lighting ,Shading and Rendering setup in Maya in both Mental Ray and Arnold.

Participant Profile:

This course is aimed at budding professionals in the computer games, vfx and related industries who seek to further develop their skills in this area. Participants should ideally have some prior knowledge of 3D packages e.g. Maya, 3dsMax and sculpting software like Zbrush and Mudbox.

Tutor Info:

Anthony Callaghan is a 3D artist who has worked for 15 years in both the computer games industry for companies such as Criterion, Codemasters and Freestyle Games and in TV animation for Brown Bag Films on hit shows Octonauts and DocMcStuffins

5 Monday Evenings from 6.30pm-9.30pm, 9th November, 16th November, 23rd November, 30th November and 7th December.
