Animation Skillnet and Screen Skills Ireland are delighted to bring you this free 1.5 hour online programme, designed to assist those who are now working from home, a new challenge many are faced with in recent weeks.

Topics covered will include:
- Acknowledging challenges and opportunities in current situation
- Exploring the change cycle and how it applied to what people are experiencing
- Resilience and Stress Management (tools techniques)
- Exploring Boundaries as they apply to remote working
- Touching on time management techniques when working remotely (as they pertain to work life balance)
- Looking at impact of Social isolation and how positive relationships can be maintained and supported in a remote context
About the Tutor

Jennifer Dowling is a chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist.
She currently works as a consultant with Vitae Consulting, a Cork based consultancy company who work with organisations in a designing, developing and implementing projects in the areas of organisational design, selection, development and HR support.
Additional to her role as a consultant Jennifer is a part time lecturer in University College Cork where she lectures on a range of programmes including the Masters in Work and Organisational Psychology, Masters in Public Health and several programmes in the Cork University Business School. Jennifer is an executive coach with the Irish Management Institute and is part of the programme team on the Diploma in Executive Coaching and the Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Participant profile
This course is open to professionals, recent graduates and freelancers in the Animation, Games and VFX industry with a current, valid address in the Republic of Ireland.
Software and system requirements needed for the course
Participants must have a device equipped with Audio, Webcam and Microphone for the live chat sessions and feedback.

This programme will take place via Zoom from 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday 13th of May.
Cost
